We currently ship orders Australia-wide from our home in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.

During busy periods, launches and sales, processing times may take a little longer.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We currently offer Standard and Express shipping through Australia Post.
 

Delivery Times:
 

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
 

Tracking:
 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your parcel.
 

Incorrect Addresses:
 

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required to resend it.
 

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
 

Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, it is their responsibility to deliver the parcel. If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
