All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary. If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for any payment already made.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, including your delivery address and selected products.
 

Pricing & Payment:
 

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept payment methods available through our website at checkout. Payment must be received before your order is processed.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions and availability without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
 

Handmade Products:
 

Our candles and wax melts are hand-poured in small batches. Because they are handmade, slight variations in colour, appearance, texture and finish may occur. These are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
 

Candle & Wax Melt Safety:
 

Candles and wax melts must always be used according to the safety instructions provided with the product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles and wax melts away from children, pets, flammable materials and drafts.

Rustic Wick & Thread is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect or unsafe use of our products.
